Graeme Chapman MBE Steps Down as Trustee of the BOSS Business Supplies Charity after nearly 20 years of remarkable service – Named Emeritus for Continued Contribution
Graeme began his career in the industry at a time when Tony Blair was Prime Minister and a pint of beer cost just £2. Joining the charity almost 20 years ago he has been a pillar of wisdom, integrity, and generosity in the charity’s mission to support those in need within the business supplies sector.
While Graeme is stepping back from his formal duties, the charity is pleased to confirm he will not be going far. In recognition of his extraordinary contribution, he has been awarded the honorary title of Emeritus Trustee, allowing the charity to continue drawing on his valued insight and experience.
Reflecting on his decision, Graeme shared:
“Old Father Time has finally caught up with me and so it’s time to pass the baton. I have hung up my mountain boots, skis and sadly even the pole vault. But I won’t be too far away.”
Kelly Hilleard, the charity’s Chair, added:
“Graeme has been an incredible force behind the charity’s progress and heart. He was the one who brought me in as a Trustee, and his support, encouragement, and example have meant a great deal to me personally — and to so many others over the years.”
“Graeme’s impact on the BOSS Business Supplies Charity has been truly profound,” she continued. “We owe him a great debt of gratitude for his dedication, his humour, and his steady guidance. We’re grateful to retain him as Emeritus Trustee and know he’ll continue to be an important part of the charity’s future.”
The BOSS Business Supplies Charity extends its deepest thanks to Graeme and looks forward to this new chapter of continued involvement.
